PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Steel cut oats are oat groats that are cracked into smaller pieces and make a chewy and nutty tasting cooked cereal or can be a nice addition of flavor and texture to breads, cookies, granola, and granola bars. With a nutty, light, sweet flavor, steel cut oats are a good source of protein, dietary fibers, phosphorous and manganese.
