PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Malted barley, an important ingredient in beer production, it can also be used in extracts and syrups to provide flavor and sweetness to other prepared foods, and as a baking ingredient in sourdough bread starters. Produced from whole barley in a controlled germination process, malted barley is a good source of protein, dietary fiber, manganese and selenium.

 

Allergen notice: Product contains Gluten. Product may contain Soybeans. Product processed, packaged, and stored in a plant that handles Soybeans. Additionally, previous crop rotations may be a Soybean crop.

  • Our barley is procured from the Northern Plains of the United States and Southern Plains of Canada.
  • Product availability to meet customer specifications include conventional whole grains and flours.
